Head Coach: Terence Lim

USPTA & USPTR (Performance) Professional | Certified Tennis Serve Specialist (TSS)

Elevating Performance through Biomechanics, Video Analysis, and Modern Strategy

Terence Lim believes that a better game starts with a clearer understanding of how we move. Holding a combination of USPTA, USPTR Performance, and Tennis Serve Specialist (TSS) credentials, Terence focuses on the “how” and “why” behind every movement. His methodology strips away technical noise to focus on biomechanical efficiency, simplicity, and an adaptable footwork to give players an edge over their opponents.

During his coaching sessions, Terence employs a mix of regressions and progressions to appropriately simplify complicated techniques, or adequately challenge players at every level to maximise your progess and takeaways after every session. Terence also integrates video-based analysis to his coaching to transform subjective observations into objective data. This allows him to pinpoint micro-errors in a player’s kinetic chain that traditional coaching might miss. Correcting these errors often results in a much smoother and efficient technique that withstands the pressure of high speed rallies. Terence has also coached nationally top-ranked Juniors and competitive adults to achieve tournament wins.
