We’re Hiring Tennis Coaches!

Are you passionate about tennis and dedicated to helping others improve their game? We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced tennis coaches to join our growing team. At MGA Tennis, we believe in fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for both coaches and players. Our goal is to provide the best tennis instruction while encouraging personal growth and development for all involved. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on players of all ages and skill levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: We’re looking for coaches with a solid understanding of tennis fundamentals, techniques, and strategies. Experience working with players of varying levels, from beginners to competitive players, is preferred.
• Qualifications: Coaches should have at least one coaching certification from a reputable institution e.g. ITF, USPTA, PTR. In addition, a valid Standard First Aid (CPR+AED) is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate, instruct, and connect with players and their families.
• Passion for Coaching: A love for the game of tennis and a desire to help others develop their skills, whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their game to the next level.
• Team-Oriented: While you’ll have the independence to lead your sessions, we value collaboration and open communication within our coaching team.
